ABCWUA Residential and Commercial Xeriscape Rebates
Contact us if you own your residential property. Residential customers with qualifying landscapes will receive a maximum of $2 for every square foot of high water use turf grass that is converted.
The Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Authority offers the chance for xeriscape conversion of your yard in return for credits to your monthly water bill. We specialize in performing all of the work related to qualifying for, tracking and inspecting the final project for the bill credits.

Note: If you want to participate in the Desert Friendly Conversion Rebate, please be patient. Kindly do not start your turf removal project until you have applied online to the program and received an official notice to proceed.
